• Surface needs to be cleaned of materials that are anti-adhesive such as dust and oil.
Surface needs to be dry, clean, and durable.
• Surface should be humid before application, must be wet enough under hot and windy weather
• Hydrophilic surfaces such as exposed concrete should be primed with Fenix Exposed Concrete Primer, 12 hours before application.
• It should be applied roughcast on bright surfaces, concrete walls and ceilings and hydrophilic surfaces at
least 3 days before application. Fenix Binder 100 Latex should be used in order to obtain high-quality
plaster and mortar, to create an adherence bridge, to increase water impermeability and elasticity in the
spread plaster application.
• Surface needs to be cleaned of materials that are anti-adhesive such as dust and oil. Surface needs to be dry, clean, and durable.
• Surface should be humid before application, must be wet enough under hot and windy weather.
• Surface and Environment temperature: between +5 °C and +30 °C
Application under strong wind or sun should be avoided.
It should not be applied to surfaces that under frost hazard within 24 hours, frozen and melting
It cannot be filled in for mortar.
Before application, the mortar should be mixed thoroughly until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
All tools used after the application should be washed with water before drying.
Approximately 7,75-8,25 liters of water and 50 kg of Fenix Machine-Applied Plaster should be mixed thoroughly, preferably with a mixer or plaster machine.
Prepared mortar should be
sprayed via machine or laid with trowel.
Mastering is done.
Application thickness should be between 10-25 mm on single coat. If its thickness is more than 25 mm,
second layer should be waited for at least a day and second layers thickness should be 25 mm maximum.
When on right consistency, it should be
glazed. It should be humidified depending on the ambient
conditions 7 days after the application for the endurance of plaster.
Identified durations are valid in 20 °C floor or environment temperatures, in low temperatures duration will be longer, in high temperatures duration will be shorter.
